Problem

Management sees the financial figures once a month in a report, and the changes are worked out by hand.

Solution

The dashboard, the cash forecast and the monthly summary draft are calculated from the bookkeeping export once a month.

Result

You see what changed and which indicators moved to Watch or Alert. The summary is a draft for your own review.

Limits: Gives no investment, tax or financing advice. The summary says what happened in the figures; the decisions are the company's.

The monthly run falls under a care plan: Basic €149 / month when it runs in your own accounts, or Plus €390 / month when we run it. Plus opens once our liability insurance is in place. The cash forecast needs a full 24 months of history.
