- We ask for feedback and for permission to describe the build anonymously. The permission is voluntary.
The pilot's first month is invoiced only at the end of that month. If you give written notice to stop before the second month starts, the first month is not invoiced.

Other terms
Payment
You pay 50% of a build when you order and the rest on acceptance. Care plans and product subscriptions are invoiced monthly in advance, with 14 days to pay.
The pilot is the exception: its first month is invoiced at the end of the month, and from the second month on the pilot is invoiced monthly in advance.
Cancelling an agent and the monthly limit
You can cancel an agent subscription in writing with one month's notice, counted from the start of the next calendar month. A pilot can be stopped with a written notice and no notice period.
When the tier's monthly limit is reached, the agent stops handling new messages until the end of the month. Nothing is invoiced for the excess, and we agree with you whether to continue on a higher tier.
Changes
Work outside the agreed scope is billed at €95 an hour.
Assessment credit
If you order a build within 60 days, the assessment fee is deducted from its price.
Continuous package
Clients on the Continuous package get 10% off new builds. The minimum term is 6 months.
Launch offer

The offer does not cover care plans or product subscriptions. It runs until 31 March 2027 or until 3 builds have been agreed.
