Connections to other software (integrations)
These are the programs our custom solutions can connect to. For each, you see whether data moves between them automatically, and when we last checked.
Our agents don't need any of these. They work with the email you already use: your email simply passes the messages on to the agent.
What the status means
- Data moves automatically
The program has public technical documentation, and you grant access from your own account. We read the documentation; the check date is shown next to the program.
- Needs approval or a separate activation
The connection exists, but it is opened by agreement, approval or an add-on. It works, but it takes its own time, and we say so before we start.
- Checked at the assessment
No public technical documentation was found, or access depends on your own contract. We ask the vendor directly. If the data cannot move without retyping, we say so.
Accounting
Procountor
Needs approval or a separate activationA purchase invoice's amount, VAT and reference number can be moved into Procountor without anyone retyping them. Procountor grants production credentials separately, so activation takes its own time.

Netvisor
Needs approval or a separate activationSales and purchase invoices move into Netvisor and back out. Two things have to be settled first: the implementation is checked before production credentials are issued, and the connection is only included in some Netvisor packages. On a smaller package, the package has to change before anything moves.

Fennoa
Needs approval or a separate activationInvoices and accounting material move into Fennoa. A test environment is requested with a form, and your accounting firm may bill for using the connection according to its own price list. That gets asked on your behalf before I make an offer.

Talenom
Needs approval or a separate activationSales invoices can be transferred into Talenom. The technical documentation is not openly readable, so access is agreed with Talenom separately before I promise any schedule.

Heeros
Checked at the assessmentHeeros describes ready-made connections, but no public technical documentation was found. At the assessment I ask Heeros directly whether your material specifically can move in and out without manual work.

ERP
Lemonsoft
Data moves automaticallyOrders, products and invoices move both ways. You create the key yourself in Lemonsoft's user management. The newer connection needs no separate licence; the older one does.

Visma Nova
Needs approval or a separate activationNova takes connections, but the connection is installed inside your own environment and agreed with Visma. It is doable, as long as the schedule leaves room for it.

Odoo
Data moves automaticallyOrders, products and invoices move both ways. You create the key yourself in your own Odoo database, and you can delete it at any time.

Pipedrive

Lime CRM
Needs approval or a separate activationCustomer records move both ways. The key is issued through Lime's server administration, so access is requested from your own Lime supplier before we start.

Email and calendar
Google Workspace
Data moves automaticallyMail is read with a read-only permission: the automation cannot send anything from Gmail, because it is never granted the ability to. The finished draft reply is written into an agreed Drive folder, from where you copy it into your reply. Calendar events are read and written. You can see and revoke the permissions from your own account.

Microsoft 365
Data moves automaticallyOutlook messages are read and the reply stays in Outlook's own drafts, where you press send. Send permission is never requested: Microsoft's own permission description states that the draft permission does not include sending. The same connection covers calendar, OneDrive and SharePoint. Your administrator grants access and sees on the consent screen exactly what it allows.

Booking
Calendly
Data moves automaticallyBookings and the people who made them can be read, so a confirmation or reminder draft can be written for you to approve.

Vello
Checked at the assessmentVello's own guidance says the interface cannot be enabled without a separate customisation project. The practical route is reading the bookings from Google or Outlook calendar, if synchronisation is switched on. The assessment checks whether it is.

Timma
Checked at the assessmentNo public technical documentation was found. At the assessment I ask Timma directly whether booking data can be read out, and I report the answer as I get it.

Messaging channels
WhatsApp Business
Needs approval or a separate activationThe automation reads the messages a customer sends and can reply to them, if you grant it that permission. Setting it up needs a WhatsApp Business account and a phone number registered to it that is not in use in the ordinary WhatsApp app. Freeing up the number is the part that takes longest, and the account is in your name.

E-commerce
Shopify

verified 20.8.2026
